Kobelah Svensen Bennah

Kobelah Svensen Bennah comes alive for a righteous cause. And he is a BIG fan of cheerleading! As a trial attorney, he relishes the power of the pen and the jury to make up for a loss.

In his work at the Law Offices of Falanga & Chalker, Attorney Bennah is responsive, careful, and aggressive. In that role, his joy is making a meaningful difference for clients. Consequently, each client’s problem is important. He listens. Then he uses every legal tool available to value the loss, mend what can be mended, and hold those responsible to account.

A Harvard Law graduate, Attorney Bennah received an introduction to recovery litigation from very talented teams in Miami and New York. In those teams, he first recovered and defended personal and corporate insurance claims in the seven- to the nine-figure range. Now representing plaintiffs in a team of some of the most experienced and respected trial attorneys and professionals in the nation, he welcomes each chance to fight the good fight.

Attorney Bennah was born of Johnson City, Tennessee, among the salt of the earth. Good men made him an Eagle Scout and United States Marine machine gunner. Good women taught him humility and respect. Out of the office, Attorney Bennah humbly serves the city of Dunwoody, the state of Georgia, this great nation, and the world as a member of Rotary International.
